Scheme Customer Mapping

Scheme - Customer Mapping

This activity allows you to restrict the customers of one scheme from buying properties from another scheme. The customers mapped to the scheme specified in the header cannot buy properties under the scheme provided in the multiline.

Select the “Scheme - Customer Mapping” activity under the “Customer Property Relations” business component.

The “Select Customer Property Mapping” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following in the “Scheme Details” group box:

Scheme Code

The code identifying scheme.

Note: The customers mapped to the scheme specified here cannot buy properties under the scheme code provided in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Scheme Details” group box:

Scheme Name

The name of the name.

Enter the following in the “Applicable Scheme” multiline:

Scheme Code

The code identifying the scheme whose properties cannot be brought by the customers of the scheme specified in the header.

The system displays the following in the “Applicable Scheme” multiline:

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

Click the “Save Details” button to save the mapping details.

The system displays the following in the “Applicable Scheme” multiline:

Applicable

The system displays “No” indicating that customers of scheme code specified in the header cannot buy properties under the scheme code entered in the multiline.
