Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

This page helps the user to search and select a query number for transferring the details onto the required field.

The user can specify the range of query number, date on which the query was raised, status of the query and a short description of the query. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected query number is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

The “Help On Query” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Company Code

The code identifying the company.

Company Name

The name of the company.

Org. Unit

The code identifying the organization unit to which the company belongs.

Org. Name

The name of the organization unit.

Query No. From

The starting number in the range of query numbers from which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). The user can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the query numbers that are greater than or equal to the value entered here.

Query No. To

The ending number in the range of query numbers till which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). The system lists all the complaint numbers that are lesser than the value entered here. The number entered here must be greater than the number entered in the “Query No. From” field.

Query Date From

The starting date in the range of dates from which the query details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date.

Query Date To

The ending date in the range of dates till which the query details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater or equal than the value entered in the “Query Date From” field.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the query. The options are “Pending” or “Responded”. The system displays blank value by default on launch of the page.

Query Short Desc.

A short textual description of the query (Alphanumeric, 20).

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria specified.

Query No.

A unique code identifying the query number

Query Date

The date on which the query was raised.

Query Short Desc.

A short textual description of the query.

Status

The status of the query.
