Help on Pack Slip

This page helps the user to search and select a pack slip number for transferring the details onto the required field. The user can specify the range of Pack Slip No., Pack slip date, carrier details and item details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Pack Slip No. is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “ Pack Slip No.” field.

The “Help On Pack Slip” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Company Code	The code identifying the company.
Company Name	The name of the company.
Org. Unit	The code identifying the organization unit to which the company belongs.
Org. Name	The name of the organization unit.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Pack Slip No. From	The starting number in the range of pack slip numbers from which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 25). The user can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the pack slip numbers that are greater than or equal to the value entered here.
Pack Slip No. To	The ending number in the range of pack slip numbers till which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 25). The system lists all the pack slip numbers that are lesser than the value entered here. The number entered here must be greater than the number entered in the “Pack Slip No. From” field.
Vehicle No.	The number of the vehicle, which is going to transport the items to the specified destination (Integer).
Pack Slip Date From	The starting date in the range of dates from which the pack slip details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date.
Pack Slip Date To	The ending date in the range of dates till which the pack slip details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater or equal than the value entered in the “Pack Slip Date From” field.
Carrier Name	The name of the carrier carrying the items.(Alphanumeric, 150).
Customer Item Code	The code used by the customer to identify the items (Alphanumeric, 32).
Item Code	The code identifying the item (Alphanumeric, 32).
Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item (Alphanumeric,8).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria specified.

Pack Slip No.	A unique code identifying the pack slip number.
Pack Slip Date	The date on which the pack slip was created.
Vehicle No.	The number of the vehicle, which is going to transport the items to the specified destination.
Shipping Point	The code identifying the point from which the items are to be shipped.
Carrier Code	The code identifying the carrier carrying the items.
Carrier Name	The name of the carrier carrying the items.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a Pack Slip No.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
