Select Quotation

This page allows the user to select the quotation to view the item details and quantity price break up details of the items.

Select the “Place Quotation Based Orders” link under the “Customer Portal” business component.

The “Select Quotation ” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Company Code	The code identifying the company.
Company Name	The name of the company.

Enter the following:

Org. Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit. Mandatory.

The system displays the following:

Org. Name

The system displays the name of the organization unit with respect to the organization unit selected.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

RFQ No. From	The unique identification number of the RFQ. (Alphanumeric, 18). Based upon the RFQ number entered, the RFQ’s from that number onwards are listed.
RFQ No. To	The unique identification number of the RFQ. (Alphanumeric, 18). Based upon the RFQ number entered, the RFQ’s up to that number are listed.
RFQ Date From	The date of creation of the RFQ. (Date Format). Based upon the date entered in this field, the RFQ created from that date are listed.
RFQ Date To	The date of creation of the RFQ. (Date Format). Based upon the date entered in this field, the RFQs created up to that date are listed.
RFQ Valid Till From	The date of validity of the RFQ. (Date Format). Based upon the date entered in this field, the RFQ valid from that date are listed.
RFQ Valid Till To	The date of validity of the RFQ. (Date Format). Based upon the date entered in this field, the RFQ valid up to that date are listed.
Quotation No. From	The unique number identifying the quotation. (Alphanumeric, 18). Based on the quotation number entered, the quotations from that number onwards are listed.
Quotation No. To	The unique number identifying the quotation. (Alphanumeric, 18). Based on the quotation number entered, the quotations up to that number are listed.
Quotation Date From	The date of creation of the quotation. (Date Format). Based upon the date entered in this field, the quotation created from that date are listed.
Quotation Date To	The date of creation of the quotation. (Date Format). Based upon the date entered in this field, the quotation created up to that date are listed.
Item Code	The unique code identifying the item. (Alphanumeric, 32).
Variant Code	The variant code of the item. (Alphanumeric, 8).
Customer Item Code	The customer code of the item. (Alphanumeric, 32).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the details in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

RFQ No.	The unique identification number of the RFQ.
RFQ Date	The date of creation of the RFQ.
RFQ Valid Till	The date till which the RFQ is valid.
Quotation No.	The unique number identifying the quotation. Data hyperlink available.
Amendment No.	The code identifying the amendment made on the quotation.
Quotation Date	The date of creation of the quotation.

Click the hyperlink available in the “Quotation No.” field to view the quotation details.
