Help On Document Number

This page helps you to search and select a document number and transfer the details o the required page. Based on the search criteria specified the system displays the details in the multiline. The selected document number details are transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned along the “Doc. No.” field.

The “Help On Document Number” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Doc No From	The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the document from which the details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 18).
Doc No To	The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the document until which the details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 18).
Doc Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the document by which the details are to be fetched.
Doc Date From	The starting date in the range of document dates from which the details are to be fetched. (Date format).
Doc Date To	The ending date in the range of document dates until which the details are to be fetched. (Date format).
Warehouse Code	The code identifying the warehouse by which the details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 10).
Item Code From	The starting code in the range of codes identifying the items from which the details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 32).
Item Code To	The ending code in the range of codes identifying the items until which the details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 32).
Item Desc	The description of the item by which the details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 150).
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer by which the document details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 18).
Customer Name	The name of the customer by which the document details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 40).
Plant	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the plant by which the document details are to be fetched.
Supplier Code	The code identifying the supplier by which the document details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 18).
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier by which the document details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 40).
Planning Group	The code identifying the planning group by which the document details are to be fetched. (Alphanumeric, 32).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the document details.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Document Number	The number identifying the document.
Document Type	Indicates the type of the document.
Document Date	The date on which the document was created.
Customer/Supplier/Warehouse Code	The code identifying the customer/supplier/warehouse.
Customer/Supplier/Warehouse Name	The name of the customer/supplier/warehouse.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required document number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the document details to required page.
