Edit Process Plan Revision - An overview
You can retrieve the engineering change request along with other details for which you need to modify the process plan details. You can make changes to the process plan of the revised items. You can add or modify the activities of a process plan based on the selected action.
You can add a new activity by selecting the action as “Add” and specifying the necessary details. The Items whose process plans which are affected can be specified in the Item Revision page. If an existing activity is to be replaced with a new activity then the existing activity can be replaced by specifying the ”Effective Date To” and adding the corresponding “Effective Date From” of the new activity. For example, if the activity ACT1 is to be replaced with the activity ACT2 and the effective from and to dates of ACT1 are displayed as “01/12/02” and “31/01/03”. For the activity ACT2, if the effective date from is “03/01/03” then modify the effective date to of ACT1 as “02/01/03” and then specify the effective date from of ACT2 as “03/01/03”. You can also delete the specified activity by selecting the action as "Delete".
