Select Estimate - An overview

Activity overview

You are presented with search criteria to search and retrieve the estimate details. You can search by specifying the estimate, the range of dates between which the estimates are to be retrieved, the quotation and request for quotation details along with the item and customer details.

The system retrieves the corresponding search results in the multiline. You can select the estimate that has to be deleted or authorized. On initiating the delete operation, if the selected estimate is deleted then the status of the estimate is updated to “Inactive”. On initiating the authorize operation, if the selected estimate is authorized then the status of the estimate is updated to “Authorized”. You can authorize for the selected estimate and version number combination. The authorized estimates cannot be modified and can be quoted. If there is any change in the version number of the estimate then the status of the estimate is set to “Draft”.
