View Mass Change Error Log

This activity allows you to view the details of the errors occurred during replacement or deletion of the items in a product structure. Tell me more

Select the “View Mass Change Error Log” link under the “Bill Of Material Model” business component.

The “View Mass Change Error Log” page appears.

Mass Change Ref.	The number identifying the mass change reference for which the details are to be viewed.
	Press <Enter> key.
	The system checks the mass change reference. If the mass change reference is not specified, then the system retrieves all the mass change reference details in the multiline, for which error has been logged. If the mass change reference is specified, then the system retrieves all the details in the multiline for the specified mass change, for which error has been logged.

Click “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the mass change reference details that matches the search criteria.

The system displays the error details in the “ Error Log Details” multiline:

Mass Change Ref.	The number identifying the mass change reference.
Work Order No.	The number identifying the work order created.
Parent Plg. Group	The code identifying the parent planning group.
Parent Item Code	The code identifying the parent primary output item of the product structure.
PS No.	The number identifying the product structure of the item/planning group.
PP No.	The number identifying the process plan of the item/planning group.
Error Desc.	The description about the error occurred during replacement or deletion.
Old Plg. Group	The code identifying the old planning group to be replaced with new planning group.
Old Item Code	The code identifying the old item code to be replaced in the product structure.
Old Activity	The code identifying the old activity to be replaced in the process plan.
Old Resource	The number identifying the old resource to be replaced in the process plan.
New Plg. Group	The code identifying the new planning group, which is to replace the old planning group.
New Item Code	The code identifying the new item, which is to replace the old item code.
New Activity	The code identifying the new activity which is to replace the old activity.
New Resource	The number identifying the new resource which is to replace the old resource.

Click “Delete Error Log” pushbutton to delete the selected error details in the “Error Log Details” multiline.

The system updates the error log details by deleting the selected rows in the multiline.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Edit WO Product Structure” link at the bottom of the page to modify the work order product structure details.

Select the “Edit WO Process Plan” link at the bottom of the page to modify the work order process plan details.

Select the “Edit Planning Order Bill” link at the bottom of the page to modify the planning order details.

Select the “Edit Planning Order Bill Of Resources” link at the bottom of the page to modify the planning order bill of resource details.

The login user ID and the system date is updated in the “Created By”, “Created Date”, “Edited By” and “Edited Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login user ID of the person who has created the view mass change error log.
Created Date	The date on which the view mass change error log was created.
Edited By	The login user ID of the person who has modified the view mass change error log.
Edited Date	The date on which the view mass change error log was modified.
