This page helps the user to search and select the check list code from the range of codes.
The user can search by specifying the check list code, status, check list description and default check list. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected check list code is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Check List Code” Field.
The “Help On Check List” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

From Check List Code |
The starting code in the range of codes from which the check list details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

To Check List Code |
The ending code in the range of codes till which the check list details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the check list (Alphanumeric, 25). The status can be ”ACTIVE” or “INACTIVE”. |

Check List Desc. |
The description pertaining to the check list (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Zoom facility available. |

Default Check List |
Use the drop-down list box to specify if the check list is default or not. The options are ”Yes” or “No”. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Result(s)” multiline:

The code identifying the check list. |

Check List Desc. |
The description pertaining to the check list. |

Status |
The status of the check list. |

Default Check List |
Indicates if the check list is default. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a Check List Code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
