This page helps the user to search and select the review Id and date from the range of dates.
The user can search by specifying the review Id, review date, status, project code, project status, customer code and customer name. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected review Id is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Review Id” Field.
The “Help On Review” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

From Review Id |
The starting number in the range of numbers from which the review id must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

To Review Id |
The ending number in the range of numbers till which the review id must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Review Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the review. The status can be ”OPEN”, “CLOSED” or blank. The system displays blank value by default. |

From Review Date |
The starting date in the range of dates on which the review is done must be retrieved (Date Format). |
|
To Review Date |
The ending date in the range of dates on which the review is done must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Project Desc. |
The textual description pertaining to the project (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Zoom facility available. |

From Project Code |
The starting code in the range of codes from which the project must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

To Project Code |
The ending code in the range of codes till which the project must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Project Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the project. The status can be ”Active”, “Lost”, “Won”, “Cancelled”, “Closed” or blank. The system displays blank by default. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Customer Name |
The name identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Result(s)” multiline:

The unique number identifying the review. |

Review Date |
The date on which the review takes place. |

Review Status |
The status of the review. |

Project Code |
The code identifying the project. |

Amendment No. |
The number identifying the project amendment. |

The textual description pertaining to the project. |

Project Status |
The status of the project. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |

Customer Name |
The name identifying the customer. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a review id.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
