This page helps the user to search and select a project no. for transferring the details to the field where it is required.
The user can search by specifying the project no., status, customer, address id, sales person code, expected order date and the estimated start and the end date of the project. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected project number is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Project No.” Field.
The “Help On Opportunity” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Project No. |
The code identifying the Project number (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Project Name |
The name identifying the project (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the project (Alphanumeric, 20). The status can be ”ACTIVE”, “LOST”, “WON”, “CANCELLED” or “CLOSED”. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
Customer Name |
The name identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Address ID |
The code identifying the address id of the customer (Alphanumeric, 12). |

Expected Order Date From |
The starting date in the range of expected dates from which the order details must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Expected Order Date To |
The ending date in the range of expected dates from which the order details must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Estimated Start Date From |
The starting date in the range of estimated start dates from which the order details must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Estimated Start Date To |
The ending date in the range of estimated start dates from which the order details must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Estimated End Date From |
The starting date in the range of estimated end dates from which the order details must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Estimated End Date To |
The ending date in the range of estimated end dates from which the order details must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Sales Person Code |
The code identifying the sales person (Alphanumeric, 6). |

Sales Person Name |
The code identifying the sales person (Alphanumeric, 6). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Result(s)” multiline:

The date on which the order is expected. |

The date on which the project is estimated to commence. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a Project No.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
