This activity allows the user to view the review details of the opportunity. Based on the search criteria specified in the header, the system retrieves review details in the multiline.
Select the “View Review” link under the “Lead Management” business component.
The “View Review” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:

Review Id. From |
The starting number in the range of numbers from which the review id must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Review Id. To |
The ending number in the range of numbers till which the review id must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
Review Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates on which the review is done must be retrieved (Date Format). |
|
Review Date To |
The ending date in the range of dates till which the review is done must be retrieved (Date Format). |

Review Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the review. The status can be ”FREEZE REVIEW”, “FREEZE STATUS”, “OPEN” or blank. The system displays blank value by default. |

Opportunity ID |
The code identifying the opportunity id (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Opportunity Desc. |
The textual description pertaining to the opportunity (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Zoom facility available. |

Opportunity Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the opportunity. The status can be ”Active”, “Lost”, “Won”, “Cancelled” or “Closed”. The system displays “Active” by default. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
Customer Name |
The name identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Zoom facility available. |

Reviewed By |
The name identifying the reviewer (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Assessment Factor |
Use the drop-down list box to select the assessment factor. The system populates the list box with the values that are defined under the category type LM_assessment factor of the “Category Master” business component. |

By Whom |
The name of the reviewer (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
By Date |
The date on which the review took place (Date Format). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system displays the following details in the multiline:

The code identifying the opportunity id. |

The textual description of the opportunity. |

Customer Name |
The name identifying the customer. |

The system displays factor based on which the assessment was done. |

The textual description of the action plan. |

The code identifying the person who will execute the action plan. |

The date by which the plan will be executed. |

The status of the review. |

The name of the reviewer who closed the review. |
