Help On Account

This page is provided to retrieve the customer account details. This page helps you to search and select the account id for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected account id with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Account ID” field.

The “Help On Customer” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Customer Codes:

Account ID	The code identifying the customer account for which you wish to search and retrieve the details.
Account Name	The name of the customer account for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Phone No.	The phone number for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Mobile No.	The mobile number for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Address Line 1	The first line of the address for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Address Line 2	The second line of the address, if any.
Address Line 3	The third line of the address, if any.
City	The name of the city for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
State	The name of the state for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Country	The name of the country for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Sales Person Code	The code identifying the sales person for which you wish to search and retrieve the account details.
Zip Code	The zip code for the address area for which you wish to search the account details.
URL	The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id of the customer.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Account ID	The code identifying a customer account.
Account Name	The name of the customer account corresponding to the account id.
Address Line 1	The first line of the address of the account .
Address Line 2	The second line address of the account .
Address Line 3	The third line address of the account .
City	The name of the city.
State	The name of the state.
Country	The name of the country.
Zip Code	The code identifying the above-mentioned area.
URL	The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id of the customer.
Phone No.	The phone number of the account .
Mobile No.	The mobile number of the account .
Email Id.	The e-mail id of the account .
Sales Person Code	The code identifying the sales person.
Sales Person Name	The name of the sales person.
Opportunity Id.	The code identifying the opportunity id for the account.
Opportunity Desc.	The description of the opportunity id.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Account ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
