Maintain Contact
Select the “Maintain Contact” activity under the “Lead Management” business component.
The “Maintain Contact” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following details are displayed in the “Contact Information” group box:
Contact ID |
The code identifying the contact person. |
Contact Name |
The name of the contact person. |
Numbering |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Numbering Class” business component. |
Company |
The unique code that identifies the company. |
Designation |
The designation of the contact person. |
Department |
The code identifying the department of the contact. |
Phone No. |
On selection of the OU, the system automatically displays the name of the organization. |
Mobile Number |
The mobile number of the contact person. |
The email address of the contact person. |

Address Line 1 |
The first line address of the contact person. |
Address Line 2 |
The second line address of the contact person. |
Address Line 3 |
The third line address of the contact person. |
State ID |
The code identifying the state in which the contact person resides. |
State Description |
On selection of the state id, the description of the state is displayed alongside. |
City |
The city of the contact person in which the contact person resides. |
Country Code |
The code identifying the name of the country in which the contact person resides. |
Country Name |
The name of the country. |
Zip Code |
The zip code identifying the address area. |
Contact Frequency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the contact frequency. The combo is loaded with the values “Weekly”, “Monthly”, “Quarterly”, “Half Yearly” and “Yearly”. |
Contact Preference |
Use the drop-down list box to select the contact preference. The combo is loaded with values “Direct”, “Online Inquiry” and “Tender”. |
Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the currency. |
Upload Photo |
The upload icon pop appears.

Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining the contact information. |
Enter the following details in the “Customer Information” group box:
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Customer Description |
The description of the customer. |
Click the “Save” button to update the contact details.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” section:
Created By |
The login of the user who created the contact details. |
Created Date |
The date and time which the contact details were created. |
Last Modified By |
The login of the user who modified the contact details. |
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the contact details were last modified. |
