Using online help

The “Sales Person Reassignment” page appears.

      - Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Sales Person

Use the drop-down list box to select the sales person. Mandatory.

Year

Use the drop-down list box to select the year by which you wish to retrieve the details. Mandatory.

Week

The activities assigned to the salesperson for the selected week.

Type

The type is shown as “Contact” if the activity is scheduled for contact. It is shown as “Customer” if the activity is scheduled for customer or opportunity. 

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Contact ID

The code identifying the contact id.

Contact Name

The name of the contact.

Opportunity ID

The code identifying the opportunity.

Opportunity Desc.

The textual description of the opportunity.

No of Calls

The total count of activities scheduled for salesperson for the selected week.

Assigned Salesperson

The name of the salesperson who has been assigned.

Replacing Salesperson

Use the drop-down list box to select the salesperson to be replaced. The combo is loaded with all the values as defined in the “Sales Person Master” activity.

Created By

The login of the user who created the sales person details.

Created Date

The date and time which the sales person details were created.

Last Modified By

The login of the user who modified the sales person details.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the sales person details were last modified.
