Strategy and Value Proposition
Select the “Strategy and value proposition” activity under the “Lead Management” business component.
The “Strategy and value proposition” page appears.

The system displays the following details on the launch of the page:
Status |
The status of the strategy and value proposition. |
Customer Code |
The unique code that identifies the customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer based the customer code. |
Customer Description |
The textual description of the customer. |
Enter the following details:
Strategy |
Use the drop-down list box to select the sales strategy of a customer. The combo is loaded with the values of “Acquire”, “Exit”, “Growth” and “Retain”. Mandatory. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the year. Mandatory. |
Value Proposition Details |
The value of the proposition details. |
Click the “Save” button to save the details.
The system displays the following details in the “Data History” group box.
Created By |
The login Id of the user who had created the strategy and value proposition details. |
Created Date |
The date on which the strategy and value proposition details was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the strategy and value proposition details. |
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the strategy and value proposition details was last modified. |
