Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

This page helps you to search and select document number for transferring the details to the field where it is required.

You can search by specifying the type of the source document, item details, customer details, currency, address details of the ship to or bill to ids. You can also search by specifying a range for document number and date.  You can also specify the sales person or sales team details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected document number is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

The “Help On Pack Size” page appears.

The system displays the following details in this header:

Order Status

The status of the sale order.

Order No.

The code identifying the sale order number.

Order Date

The date on which the sale order was created.

The system displays the following details in the “Line Item Details” multiline:

Order Line No.

The number identifying the line number in the sale order.

Item Code

The code identifying the item.

Variant Code

The code identifying the variant of an item.

Item Variant Desc.

The description of the item variant.

 

Zoom facility available.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the item.

Qty.

The quantity of the item ordered in the sale order.

Shipping Point

The point from where the goods are shipped to the delivery area specified by the customer.

Warehouse Code

 The code identifying the warehouse.

Available Date

The date on which the specified quantity is available in the specified warehouse

The system displays the following details in the “Item Group Details” multiline:

Line No.

The number identifying the line in the sale order.

Item Code

The code identifying the item code.

Variant Code

The code identifying the variant of an item

Item Variant Desc.

The description of the item variant.

Conversion Factor

The code identifying the conversion factor.

Equivalent Qty.

The equivalent quantity of the item.

ATP

To indicate whether the item ordered is available or not. It can be either “Yes” or “No”.
