This page helps you to search and select sale order number for transferring the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying a range for the order number, the status of the sale order, type of the customer or customer address. You can also specify the channel to which the salesperson is attached to or by specifying a range for the date on which the sale order was created. You can also specify the currency, the city, state, zip code, country or the type of sale order. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected order number is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Sale Order No” Field.
The “Select Sale Order” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the sale order number:

Order No. From |
The starting number in the range of sale order numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). You can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the sale order numbers that are greater than or equal to the value entered here. If this field is left blank and the “To” field is entered, then the system retrieves the orders starting from the first sale order number till the order number specified in the “To” field. |

Order No. To |
The ending number in the range of sale order numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). The system lists all the sale order numbers that are lesser than the value entered here. The number entered here must be greater than the number entered in the “Order No. From” field. |

Order Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the sale order. You can select from “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “Held”, “Short Closed”, “Amended”, “Letter Of Intent”, “Deleted”, “Closed”, “Returned”, “Pending Authorization” or “All”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Customer Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the customer. You can select from “Bill-To”, “Ship-To” or “Order-From”. The system displays “Bill-To” by default on launch of the page. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
Sales Channel |
The sales channel to which the sale is attributed (Alphanumeric, 6). The values are populated from “Category” business component in alphabetical order. |

Customer Address Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the customer address. You can select from “Bill-To”, “Ship-To” or “Order-From”. The system displays “Bill-To” by default on launch of the page. |

Customer Address ID |
The address ID of the customer who has placed the sale order (Alphanumeric, 6). |
|
Currency |
The currency applicable to the sale order (Alphanumeric, 5). |
|
City |
The name of the city in which the customer resides (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
State |
The name of the state in which the customer is located (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Country |
The name of the country to which the state belongs (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Zip Code |
The zip code applicable to the address (Alphanumeric, 20). |

Order Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the sale order details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date. The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |

Order Date To |
The ending date in the range of dates from which the sale order details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater than or equal to the value entered in the “Order Date From” field. |

Folder |
The classification of the sale order. |

Sale Order Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the sale order. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The number identifying the sale order. |

Order Status |
The status of the sale order. It can be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “Held”, “Short Closed”, “Amended”, “Letter Of Intent”, “Deleted”, “Closed”, “Returned” or “Pending Authorization”. |

Order Date |
The date on which the sale order was created. |
|
Currency |
The currency applicable to the sale order. |
|
Total Value |
The order total value is calculated based on the order basic value. |
|
Customer Type |
The type of the customer. It can be “Bill-To”, “Ship-To” or “Order-From”. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |
|
City |
The name of the city in which the customer resides. |
|
State |
The name of the state in which the customer is located. |
|
Country |
The name of the country to which the state belongs. |
|
Zip Code |
The zip code applicable to the address. |

Sales Channel |
The sales channel to which the sale is attributed. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a sale order number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
