View Milestones

This page allows you to view the milestones associated with a sale order.

The "View Milestones" page appears.

The system displays the following from the previous page:

Order Number	The number identifying the sale order.
Amendment No.	The number identifying the amendment, if the sale order is amended.
Status	The status of the sale order.
Level	The level for which the milestones are applicable may be “Document” or “Line”.
Line No.	Use the drop-down list box to select the line for which you must view the milestone details. The system loads the line numbers only if the Level is “Line”.
Milestone No.	The unique number of the milestone.

The system displays the following only if the user selected the Line Number from the drop-down list box:

Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Item Variant Description	A textual description of the variant of the item.
UOM	The unit of measure of the items.

The system displays the following:

Quantity	The number of items required.
Total Value	The total value of the order in case the milestone is at document level or total value of the respective line item if the milestone is at line level

The system displays the following in the “Milestone Details” multiline:

Sl No.	The serial number of the record in the multiline.
Milestone Code	The code of the milestone.
Milestone Desc.	A description of the milestone.
Proportion %	The percentage of the total value applicable to the milestone.
Proportional Value	The proportional value or the actual amount applicable to the milestone.
Pay Term Code	The unique code of the pay term.
Payment Type	The type of payment may be “Regular“ or “Advance”.
Expected Date of Completion	The expected date of completion of the milestone.
Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the milestone of the sale order.
