This page helps you to search and select a site id/ship to id for transferring the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying the customer/warehouse or by ship to id/site id and site description. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected source document number is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon next to the “Site Id/Ship to ID” Field.
The “Help On Site Id/Ship to Id” page appears.
The following fields are displayed from the Maintain Pack Slip page:

Pack Slip For |
The name of the document for which the pack slip is created. |

Receiving Point |
The point identifying the location at which the goods are received |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the site id/ship to id:

Ship to Customer/ Warehouse |
The code identifying the customer to whom to goods are shipped by which you want to retrieve the site / ship to ids. |

Ship to Id / Site Id |
The ship to id / site id whose details you want to retrieve. |

Site Description |
The description of the site by which you want to retrieve the site id / ship to ids. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Ship To Customer/ Warehouse |
The name of the customer/ warehouse to which the goods are shipped. |

Ship to ID / Site ID |
The ship to id/site id to which the goods are shipped. |
|
Site Description |
The description of the site to which the goods are shipped. |

Address Line 1 –3 |
The details of the address to which the goods are shipped. |
|
City |
The name of the city to which the goods are shipped. |
|
State |
The name of the state to which the goods are shipped. |
|
Country |
The name of the country to which the goods are shipped. |
|
Zip |
The zip code of the shipping address. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a ship to id/site id.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
