This page allows you to view the allocation details for models/kits. For a selected pack slip number, the system retrieves all the model/kits reference numbers. You can select the reference number, based on which the lot details of the model/ kit are retrieved and displayed in the multiline.
Select the “Lot Details for Models/Kits” link at the bottom of “Maintain Pack Slip” page.
The “Pack Slip Allocation Details” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following pack slip details:

Pack Slip No. |
The number identifying the pack slip. The system checks for the existence of models for the selected pack slip and also checks if the “Item Code” and “Variant Code” are model code and variant code. If model exists, then the system populates all the model/kit reference number or else it displays an error message. |

Pack Slip Date |
The date on which the pack slip was created. |
|
Status |
The status of the pack slip. |
|
Ship To Customer |
The code identifying the customer to whom the goods must be shipped. |
|
Ship To Name |
The name of the customer to whom the goods are to be dispatched. |

Ship To Id. |
The address of the location at which the goods must be delivered. |
Enter the following detail in the “Pick Order Details” group box:

Model / Kit Ref. No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reference number identifying the code of the model and its variant or the code of the Kit. |
The system retrieves and displays all the constituent item variants and their allocation details based on the reference number selected in the “Pick Order Details” group box::

Pack Slip For |
The reference document type for the pack slip. It can be “Sale Order”, “Consig. Sales Order”, “COD-Sales Order", “Stock Transfer Order", "Customer Material Request", "MTL Lost in Transit" or "Sales Return" or "Cust. MTL. Request" . |

Ref. Doc. No. |
The number identifying the reference document. |

Ref. Doc. Line No. |
The number identifying the line item of the reference document. |

Schedule No. |
The number identifying the schedule. |
|
Pack Slip Qty. |
The quantity of item specified in the pack slip. |
|
Pack Slip Allocated Qty. |
The quantity of item that can be allocated for dispatch from the pack slip quantity. This quantity should be less than pack slip quantity. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in the pack slip. |
The system retrieves the following details in the “Lot Details” multiline:

Allocation Line No. |
The number identifying the line allocated to the item at warehouse. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
The code identifying the item variant. |
|
Ship Together |
To indicate whether the goods are to be shipped together or not. It can be either “Yes” or “No”. |
|
Allocation Method |
The method in which the items specified in the pack slip is allocated in the warehouse. It can be “LIFO”, “FIFO”, “Maximum Zone/Bin”, “Minimum Zone/Bin”, “Expiry Date”, “Lot for Lot” or “Manual”. |

Lot No. |
The number identifying the lot number of the item. |
|
Sub Lot No. |
The number identifying the sub lot number within a lot number. |
|
Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse from which the goods must be dispatched. |
|
Zone |
The number identifying the zone within the warehouse. |
|
Bin |
The number identifying the bin where the item is maintained. |
|
Qty. |
The quantity of stock available for the item in the specified lot/sub lot/zone/bin. |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in the pack slip. |

Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |
