Using online help

This page allows you to view the allocation details of the items specified in the pack slip. The system retrieves and displays all the line numbers pertaining to the pack slip. Based on the line number selected, the lot details are retrieved and displayed in this page.

The “Pack Slip Allocation Details” page appears.

The system retrieves and displays the following details based on the pack slip number selected:

Pack Slip No.

The number identifying the pack slip.

Pack  Slip Date

The date on which the pack slip was created.

Pack Slip Line No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line item in the pack slip. The system populates all the line numbers for the selected pack slip.

The system retrieves and displays the following allocation details based on the pack slip line number selected:

Ref.  Doc. No.

The reference document type for the pack slip. It can be “Sales Order”, “Consignment Sales Order”, “COD-Sales Order”, “Stock Transfer Order”, “Materials Lost In Transit”, “Sales Return”, “Customer Material Request” or “All”.

Ship To Customer

The code identifying the customer to whom the goods must be shipped.

Item Code

The code identifying the item.

Item Variant

The code identifying the item variant.

Item Desc.

The description of the item.

Pack Slip Qty.

The quantity of item for which pack slip is made.

Pack Slip Allocated Qty.

The quantity of item that can be allocated for dispatch from the pack slip quantity. This quantity should be less than pack slip quantity.

Sale UOM

The unit of measurement of the item in the sale order.

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse from which the goods must be dispatched.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Lot No.

The number identifying the lot number of the item.

Sub Lot No.

The number identifying the sub lot number within a lot number.

Zone

The number identifying the zone within the warehouse.

Bin

The number identifying the bin where the item is maintained.

Qty.

The quantity of stock available for the item in the specified lot/bin/zone/bin.
