This page allows you to view the details of the parameters that have been defined in the “Set System Parameter” activity of this business component. You can view the setting of the system parameter that is used to indicate if post or pre dated quotation can be created or not. You can also view the parameter detail to indicate if automatic generation of quotation and RFQ number is allowed. The system retrieves and displays the parameters that have been set.
Select the “View System Parameters” link under the “Quotation” business component.
The “View System Parameters” page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Allow Quotation To Be Pre - Dated / Post- Dated |
To indicate if a new quotation document can be created with a pre or post dated dates. It can be either “Yes” or “No”. |

Allow Quotation No. To Be Generated Automatically |
To indicate if automatic generation of quotation number is allowed or not while creating a new quotation document. It can be either “Yes” or “No”. |

Allow RFQ No. To Be Generated Automatically |
To indicate if automatic generation of RFQ number is allowed or not while creating a new RFQ document. It can be either “Yes” or “No”. |

Default Exchange Rate Type |
To select the default exchange rate. The values are populated from the “Exchange Rate” business component. |
