Quotation
Introduction
The quotation component facilitates the generation of a quote for a customer for the specified items. The component captures:
4Customer’s “Request for Quotation”.
4“Quotation” for a customer.
4The “Queries” from the customer regarding the quotation submitted.
It also provides a link to estimation of price for the items that are not in the item list of the company.
Feature Highlights
The component has provision to check the availability of parts in the specified warehouse at the time of raising a quotation.
All commercial and technical queries from the customer on a quotation submitted can be recorded in the quotation component under queries.
Facility to attach attributes for an item is given both in “Request for Quotation” and “Quotation”.
Provision to attach promotional items for a quotation.
