Using online help

This page allows you to view the schedule details of the selected quotation. The system retrieves only those line number for which the schedule type is set to “Staggered”. Based on the line number selected, the item and customer details are retrieved and displayed in the appropriate fields in this page. You can also view the schedule details that includes details of the required quantity and date on which the customer requires the items. It also displays the ATP detail that indicates the availability of stock on the promised date to meet the ordered quantity. It displays either “Yes” or “No”.

The "View Schedule" page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Status

The status of the quotation.

Quotation Line No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the line item in the quotation. The system populates the drop-down list box with the values in the column “Line No” in the main page of quotation where “Schedule Type” is “Staggered”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

The system retrieves and displays the line item details based on the quotation line number selected:

Quotation No.

The number identifying the quotation.

Date

The date on which the quotation was created.

Item Code

The code identifying the item.

Variant Code

The code identifying the variant of the item.

Item Variant Desc.

The description of the item variant.

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

 

Zoom facility available.

Quoted Qty.

The quantity of goods quoted by the customer in the quotation.

The following details are displayed in the “Schedule Details” multiline:

Shipping OU

The point from where the goods are shipped to the delivery area specified by the customer.

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the shipping location warehouse at which the specified quantity of the item is available.

Required Qty.

The quantity of goods required.

Required Date

The date on which the goods are required by the customer.

ATP

The “Availability To Promise” information indicates the availability of enough stock based on the promised date to meet the ordered quantity. The system displays “Yes” if the entire quantity of the item requested is available on the promised date or else returns “No”.
