View Additional Item Level Queries

This page allows you to view all the queries that are related to a particular line number. You can enter the line number for which the query details are to be viewed. Based on the line number selected, the item and query details are retrieved and populated in the multiline.

Select the "View Additional Item Level Queries" link at the bottom of the "View Item Level Queries" page.

The "View Additional Item Level Queries" page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Quotation No.

The number identifying the quotation.

Enter the following field in the “Item Details” group box:

Item Line No.	The number identifying the line item for which query details are to be viewed (Integer). The system ensures that this field should not be null. It also checks for the existence of the item line number for the given quotation number.
	Press <Enter> key.
	The system retrieves the item details for the line number entered.

The system displays the following details based on the line number entered:

Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Item Variant Desc.	The description of the item variant.

The following details are displayed in the “Query Details” multiline:

Queries	The query specified by the customer.
Query Type	The type of the query from the customer. It can be “Commercial”, “Technical” or “General”.
Response	The response to the queries enquired by the customer.
Status	The status of the query. It can be either “Pending” or “Closed”.
Query No.	The number identifying the query.
