Help on RFQ

This help page allows you to search and select a RFQ number and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a RFQ number by specifying the RFQ details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the RFQ number that have been created. The selected RFQ number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “RFQ No” Field.

The “Help on RFQ” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

RFQ No. From	The starting range of the RFQ number from which you wish to retrieve the details.
RFQ No. To	The ending range of the RFQ number from which you wish to retrieve the details.
RFQ Date From	The starting range of RFQ date from which you wish to retrieve the details.
RFQ Date To	The ending range of RFQ date from which you wish to retrieve the details.
Document Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the document status. The combo is loaded with values “Deleted”, “Fresh” and “Quoted”.
Sales Person	The code identifying the sales person.
Lease Quotation From	The starting range of the quotation number from which you wish to retrieve the details.
Lease Quotation To	The ending range of the quotation number from which you wish to retrieve the details.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Equipment Code	The code identifying the equipment.
Equipment Description	The description of the equipment.
Classification	Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle classification.
Sub Classification	Use the drop-down list box to select the sub category of vehicles.

On click of “Search” button the following details are displayed in the multiline:

RFQ No.	The unique code identifying the RFQ.
RFQ Date	The date on which the customer makes the request for quotation.
Status	The status of the RFQ.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Equipment Code	The code identifying the equipment.
Equipment Desc.	The description of the equipment.
Classification	The vehicle classification.
Sub Classification	The sub category of the vehicle.
Lease Quotation No.	The number identifying the quotation.

Click the “Ok” button to retrieve the “Help on RFQ” details in the main screen.
