This page is to specify the shipment details of goods. The type of the vehicle which carries the packages and the volume, length, height, temperature required of the package are specified.
Display will show following details:

RFQ No. |
The unique number identifying the RFQ. |

RFQ Date |
The date on which the customer makes the request for lease quotation. |

Status |
The status of the RFQ. |
Note: The quotation number, date and status are visible only when the screen is launched from Maintain Equipment Quotation.

Quotation No. |
The unique number identifying the quotation. |
|
Quotation Date |
The date on which the Quotation is modified. |

Status |
The status of the quotation. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Sequence No. |
Unique number displays the sequence order. Numeric type. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle type. The combo is loaded with all the values from the “Maintain Codes” activity in the “Maintain Organization” business component. |

Required Date |
The date at which the equipment required to be delivered. |

The deadline date for delivering the equipment. |

The unit of measurement of length, breadth and height. |

Click “Update” link from the bottom of the page to update the shipment details.
Click “Attach Notes” link from the bottom of the page to add notes.
The system displays the following details in the “Data History” group box.

The login user ID of the person who has created the shipment details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the quotation was created. |

Last Modified by |
The system updates "Last modified by" with login user id, while updating existing records. |

Last Modified Date |
The system updates "Last modified date" with login user id, while updating existing records. |
