This help page allows you to search and select a site inspection number and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a Site inspection number by specifying the site inspection code details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the site inspection numbers that have been created. The selected site inspection number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
This page allows you to modify the details of the selected RFQ that is in “Draft” or “Fresh” status. All the details except the RFQ number can be changed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Site Inspection” Field.
The “Help on Site Inspection” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Site Inspection No |
The unique number defines the site inspection. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the site inspection. The combo is loaded with the values of “All”, “Fresh”, “Authorized” and “Deleted”. |

Date From |
The start date from which search for site inspection to be done. Drop down calendar that prompts to choose the date. |

Date To |
The end date up to which search for site inspection to be done. Drop down calendar that prompts to choose the date. |
|
Customer Code From |
The starting range of the customer code from which you wish to retrieve the details. |

Customer Code To |
The ending range of the calendar code till which you wish to retrieve the details. |

Site |
Displays the site area. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The date on which site inspection happened. |

The unique number defines the site inspection. |

The code identifying the customer. |

Click the “Ok” button to retrieve the “Help on Site Inspection”details in the main screen.
