Cancellation Report

This activity allows you to view the cancellation report. The report provides the details of cancellation of a booking against a property. The system displays the amount collected, forfeited and refunded in the report.

Select the “Cancellation Report” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.

The “Cancellation Report” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the “Filter criteria” group box:

Segment	Use the drop-down list box to select the code that identifies the segment.
OU	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the organization unit.
Scheme Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the scheme for which the cancellation report has to be generated.
From Date	The starting date in the range of dates from which you want to view the cancellation report.
To Date	The ending date in the range of dates until which you want to view the cancellation report.

Note: Any one search criteria is mandatory.

Click the “View Report” push button to view the cancellation report.

The system displays the cancellation report.
