Checklist - Customer profile
This activity allows you to generate the snap shot of the property details which has been booked. You can specify the scheme code, relation ID, property number, customer code, the starting and ending range of the unique numbers to generate the report.
Select the “Checklist - Customer profile” from the left pane.
The “Checklist - Customer profile” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:
Scheme Code |
A unique code identifying the scheme for which the checklist customer profile report has to be generated. Help facility available. |
The system displays the following.
Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:
Relation ID |
A unique code identifying the relationship ID of the customer. |
The system displays the following.
Property |
The property mapped to the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:
Property No |
The number identifying the property mapped to the scheme. Help facility available. |
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. Help facility available. |
The system displays the following.
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:
Unique No from |
The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the customer – relationship combination and is unique for a scheme. Help facility available. |
Unique No To |
The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the customer – relationship combination and is unique for a scheme. Help facility available. |
Show History |
Select this box, to view all the amendments of the Unique Number. |
Click the “View Report” push button to view the report.
The system displays the snap shot of the property details which has been booked.
