Charge Dues Report

This activity allows you to view the charges due report. This report provides the charges due for a unique number - property combination. The system displays amount due, paid and balance (as on date).

Select the “Charge dues report” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.

The “Charge Dues Report” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the filter criteria group box:

Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of report to be viewed. The combo is loaded with “Detail” and “Summary”. The system displays “Detail” by default on launch of the page.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme for which you want to view the charge due report.
Code	Use the drop-down list box to specify the code of the component.
Date from	The starting date in the range of dates from which you want to view the charge due report.
Date to	The ending date in the range of dates until which you want to view the charge due report.
PRC Paid	Check this box to include the paid PRC value.

Note: Any one search criteria (except type) is mandatory.

Click the “View Report” push button to view the charges due report.

The system displays the charge dues report.
