Cost Sheet

This activity allows you to view the cost sheet details. The report displays the details of property booked, component/charge code wise break-up of cost and the pay plan wise break up of cost for a relationship id.
Select the “Cost sheet” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.
The “Cost Sheet” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme for which you want to view the cost sheet reports. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |

Pay Plan type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of pay plan. The combo is loaded with all the applicable pay plans for the given scheme code. |

Relation ID |
A unique code identifying the relationship ID of the customer. Mandatory |
The system displays the following in the “Property Details” multiline.

Property No |
A unique number identifying property mapped to the scheme. |
|
Component code |
A unique code identifying the component of the property. |
|
Pay Plan code |
A unique code identifying the pay plan mapped to the scheme. |
Click the “View Report” push button to view the cost sheet report details.
The system displays the cost sheet report details.
