Basic of using ramco enterprise series web page

Using On Line Help

This activity allows you to view the entire transaction history for a unique number (E.g. PMT – receipt; INV – demand; CN – credit note; DN – debit note; REV-PMT: receipt reversal or check bounce etc.) date-wise with a running balance. You can exclude reversal entries also. You can view all debits on one side and all respective credit with respect to installment number and its balance on other side if the dues box is checked.

The “Customer Enquiry” page appears.

Scheme Code

The code identifying the scheme for which you want to view the customer enquiry report. Press <Enter>.

The system displays the following.

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer for which you want to view the customer enquiry report.

The system displays the following.

Customer name

The name of the customer.

Unique No from

The starting number in the range of the unique number from which you want to view the customer enquiry report.

Unique No to

The ending number in the range of the unique number until which you want to view the customer enquiry report.

Due Date From

The due date from which you want to view the customer enquiry report.

Due Date To

The due date until which you want to view the customer enquiry report.

Dues

Check this box to view all the debit on one side and all respective credit with respect to installment number and its balance on other side.

Exclude Reversal Entries

Check this box to exclude the reversal entries.

Show Only Reversal Entries

Check this box to view only the reversal entries.

Report

Check this box to view the Agreement/Possession report.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the report. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Agreement executed”, “Bank Lien”, “Possession Letter issued” and “Property registered”.

Flag

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the flag has to be set or not. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “No” and “Yes”.

Status (unique No)

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the unique number. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Assigned”, “Assigned & POC”, “POC” and “Cancelled”.

Note: Any one search criteria is mandatory.

The system displays the customer enquiry report.
