DTCP Report
This activity allows you to view the “Directorate of Town & Country Planning (DTCP)” report. This report shows unique number wise total of amount due, paid and balance as on statement date based on the filter criteria.
Select the “DTCP Report” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.
The “DTCP Report” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:
As On date |
The date as on which you want to view the DTCP report. The system date is displayed on launch of the page. Mandatory |
Status (Unique No) |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the unique number. The combo is loaded with “Amend”, “Amended”, “Assigned”, “Assigned & POC”, “Cancelled”, “POC”, “Transferred” and “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Customer Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the customer. |
The system displays the following in the “Scheme Details” multiline.
Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme. |
Scheme name |
The name of the scheme. |
Scheme category |
The category of the scheme. |
Click the “View Report” push button to view the DTCP report.
The system displays the DTCP report.
