Land Details Report

This activity allows you to view the land details report. This report provides the land details for a given unique land code. The system displays the Land Survey No, Land Owner’s Name, Broker’s Name, Nature/Type of the land, Title Deed Information, Title Deed Value and Status of the land.

Select the “Land Details Report” from the left pane of the Sales Reports - IMS business component.

The “Land Details Report” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the header:

Land Code	A unique code identifying the land for which the report has to be viewed.
Land Description	The detailed description of the land.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the land. The combo is loaded with “Active”, “Deleted” and “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page.
Amalgamated Land	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the land is amalgamated or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes”, “No” and “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.
Nature of Land	Use the drop-down list box to select the nature of the land. The combo is loaded with Active Category Codes as defined in the Category Master.
Type of Land	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of land. The combo is loaded with Active Category Codes as defined in the Category Master.
Owner	The name of the land owner.
Total Area	The total area of the land.
UOM	The Unit Of Measurement (UOM) for the total area of the land.
Title Deed Date From	The starting date range of the land deed from which you wish to retrieve the report details.
Title Deed Date To	The ending date range of the land deed until which you wish to retrieve the report details.
Broker	The name of the land broker.
Report Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the report type for the specified land. The system defaults “Land Details” on launch of the page.

Click the “View Report” push button to view the land details report.

The system displays the land details report.
