Report On Reservation
This activity allows you to view the details like property, area and status of reservations happened against each relation id.
Select the “Report on Reservation” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.
The “Report On Reservation” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the “Search Section” group box:
Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme for which you want ot view the reservation report. Mandatory |
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer for which you want ot view the reservation report. |
Reserved For |
The code identifying the customer for whom the property is reserved. |
Property Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of property. The combo is loaded with a list of predefined property types. |
Configuration |
Use the drop-down list box to select the configuration of the property. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the property. The combo is loaded with “Blank”, “Active”, “Cancelled”, and “Expired”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Reserved By |
The code identifying the person who reserves the property for the customer. |
Note: Any one search criteria is mandatory.
Click the “View Report” push button to view the reservation report.
The system displays the report on reservation.
