Sales/Lease Booking Report

This activity allows you to view the sales or lease booking report details for the selected scheme. Based on the entered filter criteria, the system generates the report.

Select the “Sales/Lease Booking Report” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.

The “Sales/Lease Booking Report” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:

Segment	Use the drop-down list box to select the segment of the scheme for which you want to view the report.
Company	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company for which you want to view the report.
OU	Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit of the selected company for which you want to view the report.
Finance Book	Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book of the company for which you want to view the report.
Scheme	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the scheme for which you want to view the report.

The system displays the following in the “Filter Criteria” group box:

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:

Status (Unique No/Lease No)	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the unique number or lease number for which you want to view the report.
Booking Date From	The booking date from which you want to view the report.
Booking Date To	The booking date until which you want to view the report.
Booked By	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the property is booked through broker or directly booked by the customer. The combo is loaded with options “Broker” and “Direct Booking”.
POCM	Check this box if you want to view the POCM report.
POCM Reconcilation	Check this box if you want to view the POCM reconcilation report.

Click the “View Report” button to view the sales and lease booking report details.
