Stock Details

This activity allows you to view the property type wise details like status of the properties (sold, unsold, etc), total area, configuration/block/tower/floor/unit details, average sale rate, average sale value, etc. for a given scheme code.
Select the “Stock details” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.
The “Stock Details” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:

Company Code |
The code identifying the company for which you want to view the stock details. |
The system displays the following.

Company Name |
The name of the company. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:

Property availability chart |
Check this box to indicate that the availability chart of the property. |

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme for which you want to view the stock details. |
The system displays the following.

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter Criteria” group box:

Property type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of property. |

Configuration |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the configuration of the property. |
|
Block |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the block to which the property belongs. |
|
Tower |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the tower to which the block belongs. |
|
Floor |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the floor in which the property exists. |
|
Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the unit in which the property exists. |

Area from |
The area of the property from which you want to view the stock details. |
|
Area to |
The area of the property until which you want to view the stock details. |
|
Sale value from |
The sale value of the property from which you want to view the stock details. |
|
Sale value to |
The sale value of the property until which you want to view the stock details. |
Enter the following details in the “Property Status” multiline:

Hold |
Check this box to view the hold property details. |
|
Unsold |
Check this box to view the unsold property details. |
|
Reserved |
Check this box to view the reserved property details. |
|
Sold |
Check this box to view the sold property details. |
Click the “View Report” push button to view the stock details report.
The system displays the stock details report.
