Customer Statement
This activity allows you to view the customer statement report. The report shows component-wise [plan/non-plan] total amount due, paid & balance. The unadjusted portion of credit notes/receipts is shown separately.
Select the “Customer Statement” activity under the “Sales Report – IMS” business component.
The “Customer Statement” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the “Filter criteria” group box:
Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme for which you want to view the customer statement. Press <Enter>. |
The system retrieves and displays the following.
Scheme name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter criteria” group box:
As On Date |
The date on which you want to view the customer statement report. The system date is displayed on launch of the page. Mandatory |
Enter the following details in the “Filter criteria” group box:
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer for which you want to view the customer statement. |
The system displays the following.
Company name |
The name of the company. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter criteria” group box:
Status (Customer) |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the customer. |
Property No |
The number identifying the property mapped to the scheme. |
Relation ID |
The code identifying the relationship ID of the property. |
The system displays the following.
Property |
The description of the property. |
Enter the following details in the “Filter criteria” group box:
Unique No |
The number which identifies the customer – relationship combination and is unique for a scheme. |
Status (Unique No) |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the unique number. The combo is loaded with “Amend”, “Amended”, “Assigned”, “Assigned & POC”, “Cancelled”, “POC”, “Transferred” and “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Note: Any one search criteria is mandatory.
Click the “View Report” push button to view the customer statement report.
The system displays the customer statement report.
