View Stock Transfer Receipt Summary

This page allows you to view the details of the Stock Transfer Receipt. You can view details, which includes status, receiving point, receipt date, basic value, receipt value, total expense, Total added to stock freight, total added to stock TC and Receipt net amount. You can also view the item code, variant code, item variant description and received price.

This page also permits you to view the inspection details. The receipt movement details and the notes pertaining to the Stock Transfer Receipt can also be viewed.

Select “View Stock Transfer Receipt Summary” link at the bottom of the “Create Stock Transfer Receipt” page.

Note: This page can also be invoked from the “View Receipt Shipping Details” and “View Stock Transfer Receipt” page.

The "View Stock Transfer Receipt Summary" page appears.

The system displays the following details automatically.

Status	The status of the Stock Transfer Receipt.
Receipt No.	The code identifying the Stock Transfer Receipt.
Receiving Point	The code identifying the location where the items are received.
Receipt Date	The date on which the Stock Transfer Receipt was raised
Basic Value	The sum of the "Item Basic Value" for all line item received.
Receipt value	The sum of "Item Receipt Value" for all the Receipt Line.
Total Expense	The sum of all the Expensed off TC at line level, Expensed off TC at document level and Expensed off freight.
Total Added To Stock TC	The sum of line level Added To Stock TC and document level Added To Stock TC at receiving point.
Total Added To Stock Freight	The sum total of Added To Stock freight that has been levied for this stock transfer receipt at the receiving point.
Receipt Net Amount	The value of this field is the sum of Receipt Value and Total Expense.

The system displays the following details in the “Price Summary” multiline.

Item Code	The code identifying the item
Variant code	The variant of the item, if any
Item Variant Desc.	The description of the item variant.
Received price	The receipt price.

To proceed carry out the following:

Select the “View Inspection Details” link at the bottom of the “View Stock Transfer Receipt Summary” to view the inspection details.
Select the “View Receipt Movement Details” link at the bottom of the “View Stock Transfer Receipt Summary” to view the receipt movement details.
Select the “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the “View Stock Transfer Receipt Summary” to view the notes pertaining to the Stock Transfer Receipt.
