Stock Transfer Receipt

Introduction

Stock needs to be moved into warehouses at the receiving point during stock transfer. Stock transfer receipt facilitates receipt of stock, recording additional taxes and charges incurred at the receiving point, inspection of the received stock and movement of the stock in the warehouses, zones and bins at the receiving point. Multiple stock transfer receipt can be raised for single stock transfer note.

Feature Highlights

• Record the Added To Stock and Expensed off freight for the stock transfer at receiving point.

• Facility to modify the received quantity that is defaulted same as shipped quantity.

• The received price for the items is calculated by including the proportionate amount of Added To Stock, charges and freight incurred to the transfer price obtained from the stock transfer Note.

• Record shipment details and packaging details.

• Inspect the received goods if required. Inspection is non-mandatory and it is done at line level.

• Move the receipt to various warehouses, zones and bins within the warehouse. The warehouse can be changed which was assigned in stock transfer order.

• Automatically updates received quantity in stock transfer note and stock transfer order. Also updates lot or sub lot or serial no. wise “Received Qty.” in pack slip.

• Automatically updates stock transfer note status to “Closed” if received quantity matches shipped quantity for each line item else to “Partially Received”.
