This page allows you to set the system parameters for the “Service Order” business component. If automatic closing of the service order on creation is required by the user, then setting of this parameter allows automatic closing of the service order document on creation. The specified system parameter can be changed based on the business requirements.
Select the “Set System Parameters” link under the “Service Order” business component.
The “Set Function Parameters” page appears.
Enter the following details:

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether closing of the newly created service order is allowed or not. You can select from either “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. The system ensures that this field is not left blank. |
Click the “Set” pushbutton to save the defined parameters.
The system saves the newly defined parameters.
