Service  Order – An overview

Introduction

Service  order facilitates the generation of a service order for service items of a sales order. Installation, training and special delivery are commonly provided service items of a sale order with the sale of machinery, sophisticated equipment. A service order is a document that contains complete details of the activities to be carried out in connection with a service item. Information such as the sales order number, the order location, ship to customer number and address are captured in the service  order component.
