This page allows you to view the system parameter that has been set in the “Set System Parameter” activity. If the parameter is set to “Yes” then automatic closing of the created service order document is allowed or else it is not allowed.
Select the “View System Parameters” link under the “Service Order” business component.
The “View System Parameters” page appears.
The system displays the following detail:

To specify if closing of the newly created service order is allowed or not. It can be either “Yes” or “No”. |
