Generate Pick Sheet – A summary of the activity

You can hard allocate the input items of the work order whose allocated quantity is greater than the pending pick quantity. The screen provides you the options based on which the pick sheet can be generated. By selecting the option “Single”, a single pick sheet can be generated for all the items across work orders released during a day at the warehouse level. If the option “Picking Item” is selected, then a pick sheet can be generated for each item picked from a particular warehouse. However, number of pick sheets generated for a warehouse will be equal to the number of items picked for the work orders. If the option “Work Order” is selected, a pick sheet can be generated for each work order at the warehouse level.

You can specify the item codes, order start dates and work orders in the search criteria to search and retrieve the details for which pick sheet has to be generated. You can also select the status of the work order along with the production controllers and initiate the search operation. The system displays the related details in the multiline. You can generate the pick sheet only for the pending allocated quantity of the work orders. Pick sheet number is generated for each row selected in the multiline. After selecting the records, you can generate the pick sheet for the work orders or can print the pick sheet details.
