Using online help

This activity enables you to create rule codes and can also modify the details of the sequencing rule codes that were already saved. You can retrieve already saved sequencing rule codes.. The system displays all the field captions and the sort criteria specified for the selected rule code.

If the filter options and sort criteria are specified for the sequencing rule code, the necessary fields can be set or entered in the multiline. On selecting the rows that displays the rule details in the multiline, you can save the filters and the sort criteria defined for the sequencing rule codes. The system also updates and displays the created by and created date fields.

The “Edit Sequencing Rule Codes” page appears.

The system ensures that the sequence rule code is not left blank and exists in the Sequence Rule Code Master.

The system saves the sequence rule code with the field captions, operators used to combine with the values, sort criteria specified in the multiline only if the rule details are not already defined for the selected sequence rule code.

The login user ID and the system date are updated in the “Created By” and “Created Date” fields.
