Using online help

This activity facilitates you to edit the pick sheet details. You can enter the pick sheet number if it is known or can make use of the help facility for which the pick details can be modified. For the selected pick sheet, the system displays the warehouse code in the header, the work order and input item details for which the pick sheet is generated along with the zone-bin and the quantity to be picked in the multiline. The system updates the created by and created date together with the modification history. 

The “Edit Pick Sheet Details” page appears.

Pick Sheet

The unique number identifying the pick sheet generated for the work order. Pick Sheet cannot be left blank. Pick Sheet should exist in Pick Sheet Master. In the header, show the Warehouse Code where the Pick Sheet has generated. 

The system retrieves and displays  the item details in the header and multiline for the selected Pick Sheet:

Warehouse Code

The unique code identifying the warehouse against which a pick sheet is generated.

The system displays the following in the “Item Details” multiline:

The system populates all the Item/Variants having the specified Pick Sheet No to be retrieved into the multiline along with the Work order No, Zone, Bin, Lot No, Sub Lot No, Pick Qty and Mfg UOM. For Non Hard Allocated Items, the system displays only Work Order, Item, Var, Desc and Mfg UOM details.

Work Order No.

The code identifying the work order for which a pick sheet is generated.

Item Code

The unique code identifying the input item for which pick sheet is generated.

Variant Code

The number or code identifying the variant of the item.

Desc.

The full description of the item/item variant.

Zone

The zone where the pick sheet is generated for the item.

Bin

The bin where the pick sheet is generated for the item.

Lot No .

The lot number of the item for which pick sheet is generated.

Sub Lot No.

The sub lot number of the item for which pick sheet is generated.

Pick Qty.

The quantity of the item to be to be picked from the warehouse.

Mfg. UOM

The manufacturing unit of measure of the item.

The login user ID and the system date are updated in the “Created By” and “Created Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The login user ID of the person who has created the pick sheet.

Created Date

The date on which the pick sheet was created.

Edited By

The login user ID of the person who has modified the pick sheet.

Edited Date

The date on which the pick sheet was modified.
