This page allows you to set parameters while defining a Service account. You can set parameters like the work order type, work order category and customer group.
The system sets the parameter for the event. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the parameter values.
Select the “Create Service Account Definition” link under the “Account Rule Definition” business component.
The “Set Service Parameter” page appears.
Enter the following fields:
Work Order Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether work order type can be included while defining Service account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |
Work Order Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether work order category can be included while defining Service account. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |
Customer Group |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether Customer Group can be included while defining Service Account. |
Click the “Set” pushbutton to set the Service parameter.
If the parameters are being modified from “Yes” to “No”, then no accounts must have already been mapped for the particular parameter value.
