Basics of using a Ramco iEnterprise Series 4.0 web page

Using online help

This page allows you to view the details of the customer balance transfer payments. Through links in the page you can also view the accounting information and the observations in the form of note, stored in the system relating to the payment.

The “Payment Information” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Workflow Status

The status of the document as per Workflow Applicability.

The system displays the following in the group box:

Doc. No.

The number identifying the document.

Status

The status of the document. It can be “Draft” or “Fresh”.

 
  • Draft – indicates a newly created document that is not authorized.

 
  • Fresh – indicates a newly created invoice that can be authorized.

Discount Computation

Whether the discount has been calculated on the “Base Amount” or the “Gross Amount”.

 
  • Base Amount – indicates that the discount has been calculated on the invoice amount before the addition of taxes or charges or deduction of discounts.

 
  • Gross Amount – indicates that the discount has been calculated on the invoice amount after the addition of taxes and charges and deduction of discounts.

Pay Term

The code identifying the pay term.

Desc.

The textual description of the pay term.

Currency

The currency of payment.

Doc. Amount

The amount of the document.

Receipt Method

The method of receipt.

The system displays the following fields in the “Payment Details” group box:

Customer Bank / PTT Reference

The code identifying the bank or the PTT reference of the customer.

Customer Bank / PTT Reference Type

The bank or the PTT reference type of the customer.

Customer Bank / PTT Account No.

The code identifying the bank / PTT account number of the customer.

Company Bank / PTT Code

The code identifying the bank / PTT of the login company from which the payment must be made.

Company Bank / PTT Code Type

The bank / PTT type of the login company. 

Company Bank / PTT Account No.

The code identifying the bank / PTT account number of the login company.

Contract  / Participation ID.

The code identifying the contract / participation ID of the company.

Contract Reference

The code identifying the contract reference of the company.

The system displays the following in the “Payment Schedule Information” multiline:

Term No.

A unique number identifying the installment that is due for payment.

Due Date

The date on which the installment is due for payment.

Due Amount Type

The type of the amount that is due for payment from “Flat Amount” or “Percentage”.

 
  • Flat Amount – indicates that a flat amount is payable on the due date.

 
  • Percentage – indicates that the amount due is a percentage of the total due amount.

Due %

The percentage of the amount due on the due date.

Due Amount

The amount due for the installment.

Discount Computation Amount

The amount on which the discount has been calculated.

Discount Amount Type

The type of discount amount that can be availed from “Flat Amount” or “Percentage”.

 
  • Flat Amount – indicates that a flat amount can be deducted as discount.

 
  • Percentage – indicates that the discount amount would be a percentage of the due amount.

Discount Date

The date on or before which the payment due must be made to avail the discount 

Discount %

The percentage of the amount that can be deducted as discount.

Discount Amount

The amount that can be deducted as discount.

Penalty %

The percentage of penalty due if the payment is not made on or before the due date.

ESR No.

The number identifying the electronic slip reference issued by the bank .

Coding Line

The number identifying the coding line.
